Virginia is a versatile and charasmatic television presenter with a list of credits envied by many of her peers. As the host of national music program Eclipse Music TV, Virginia was beamed into homes around Australia every Saturday morning for two years on the Seven Network. Prior to that she was recognised as the weather presenter for Southern Cross Ten and the Prime Television networks. In 2014 viewers tune in to watch Virginia as the Weekend Sports Presenter on WIN News in Tasmania.
Virginia's first taste of television was with Canberra's Real Estate TV where she not only presented a weekly 'Feature Homes' segment but also wrote and produced for the show. Since then she has fronted numerous commercials for real estate agents, homewares, clothing, blinds and awnings, mobile telephones, shopping centres, the Centenary of Canberra and even agricultural supplies.

2014 saw Virginia settle into a role perfectly suited to her - presenting the weekend sport live on WIN Television in Tasmania. As one of only four presenters for the network in Hobart, Virginia was often required to host the entire one hour News bulletin by herself. Throughout 2013, the Centenary Year of Canberra, Virginia and actor Rhys Muldoon were seen presenting 'Canberra Stories' - a WIN Television initiative to showcase some of Canberra's most successful and prominent businesses over the last 100 years. In January 2012, Virginia was featured numerous times as a guest panelist on 'Sunrise' - Australia's number one breakfast television show, broadcast nationally on the Seven Network. In 2008 Virginia was approached to host Eclipse Music TV - a national music television show broadcast weekly on the Seven Network. With both Virginia and co-host James Tobin at the helm, Eclipse Music TV very quickly became the number one Saturday music show on Australian television and the number one television show in it's time slot. In 2004 Virginia hosted a weekly 'Feature Homes' segment on Canberra's Real Estate TV. The show was produced by Motto Media and was broadcast on the Southern Cross Ten network throughout Canberra and the ACT region. Also in 2004 and following on from her success at Southern Cross Ten as the fill-in Weather Presenter, Virginia was invited to be a weather presenter for the Prime TV Network. The job involved researching, writing and presenting 23 daily weather bulletins for Prime's regions in SE Queensland, Northern NSW, ACT & SE NSW and Victorian Regional. Virginia presented a 60 second infomercial for Ford Focus, shot on location around Canberra's Lake Burley Griffin in 2004. The infomercial was produced by Motto Media and in addition to demonstrating her ability to remember long scripts (without autocue) Virginia's impeccable driving skills were also on display, as was her ability to work with ducks and other animals!
Whilst working as a radio announcer at FM104.7 in 2003, Virginia was asked to audition for a part-time role as fill-in weather presenter at Southern Cross Ten. Although she had no previous television presenting experience, Virginia was a natural in front of the camera and was offered the job. It involved researching, writing and presenting four 30sec weather bulletins each day.
Virginia has been the face and voice of numerous TV commercials - My Number, John Watson Blinds, Jim Murphy Market Cellars and Riverina Co-op to name a few.
